Hockey Training

BASE Hockey specializes in hockey shooting instruction for all ages and skill levels. Developed by former NHL players, Cliff Ronning and Al Iafrate, BASE's "shooting in stride" technique helps players learn to use their body weight to generate more power and become more accurate when skating at full-speed.

The instructors at BASE are dedicated to helping players understand the technical aspect of the wrist shot, snap shot, and slap shot. By using slow-motion video capture to provide instant feedback to the player, BASE is able to show players how they shoot, the mistakes they are making, and how they can improve. By breaking down the fundamental mechanics of each shot, players can easily grasp proper shot technique and maximize their potential.

Training in the United States is currently provided only in Southern California at the present time. Please contact Garrett for more info by calling him at 805-300-4981 or by email at garrett30@basehockey.ca
